Elena's Barre Low Impact Full body Workouts - wonderful facility and community, established as a result of a lockdown due to the Coronavirus in 2020. It's main mission is to promote a healthy lifestyle and overall wellbeing by helping you build self-awareness, boosting your self-esteem and connecting your body, mind and soul through positive attitude and regular fitness and meditation practices. It allows you to stay fit and healthy without leaving the comfort of your home, meet like-minded people and maintain social distance at the same time therefore limiting the risk of becoming infected by COVID19.
ELENA'S BARRE IS ALL YOU NEED!
You do not need to take any other fitness classes if you are already working out with Elena's Barre 3-4 times a week unless you really want to. Our classes include all the necessary elements that your body, mind and soul need in the workout to make them safe and effective. Just stick to your fitness regime and enjoy the benefits. ;-)
Your instructor has connected all of the pieces together starting from the workouts, mindfulness work to food recommendations for you to form and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Depending on the theme, format of each workout and how you feel before each class, you will get the appropriate workout tailored to your needs with the accompanying music that matches the style of the class. Elena's vast fitness and teaching experience and different approaches for people with various for those with no fitness background allow her to accommodate the classes based on your specific needs and desires. In addition to nice full body workouts you will make new friends who are concerned about their health and wellbeing.
The group live classes have a limited access, meaning that they are run in a mini-group setting (under 5 people per class). In-person yoga classes have a limit of 3 people maximum per class, so hurry up, reserve your spot today because the space is limited.
