BRIEF BIO

Elena has extensive fitness and musical background. As a kid she attended gymnastics for a few years. She started playing the piano at the age of 6 and still does it as a hobby. If you are attending her live workouts you know that she writes her own fitness music for all Barre/Cardio workouts.

 As she turned 15 years old, she practiced RnB and Urban Funk until she graduated from the High School. Then, as she turned 17 years old, she moved to study Psychology, Communications and Mass Media in Prague, the Czech Republic. During her stay in Prague she seriously practiced STEP, ZUMBA, PILATES, JOGGING, and SALSA.

After living in Prague for 5 years she moved to Barcelona, Spain to study Foreign Trade in Spanish. There, she seriously practiced BALLET for 2.5 years and she also completed a BELLY DANCE Teacher Training Program with Devorah Korek. 

When she moved to the USA, she started her journey with BARRE. She immediately felt the benefits of this fitness activity. Elena was practicing it on a daily basis for over 5 years until she finally came up with the time to become a certified barre instructor herself. She has extensive teaching experience. For very long time Elena gave in-person and online classes to her friends and family members before she established Elena's Barre Low Impact Full Body Workouts.

Elena keeps educating herself and in June 2021 she completed 500 hours of YOGA TEACHER Training and 200 Hours of MEDITATION Teacher Training. She also has successfully completed PILATES TEACHER TRAINING. Continuous education, practice and research allow her to provide safe and the best quality workouts to people with different to no fitness backgrounds regardless of their age and body complexion.
